A novel, in progress
A debut novel about Arnav. A young man whose entire inner life orbits around the childhood neighbor he never told he loved. Years pass. She disappears. He tries to find her without ever saying the reason out loud.
I'm writing it because the romances I grew up reading flattened the part I cared about most: the long, quiet weight of an unsaid thing. I wanted a book where the unsaid part is the whole story.
Status: drafting Part Two. Around 38,000 words of a planned 72,000. First three chapters are with two early readers.
